Science-backed nutrition that feels supportive, personalised, and sustainable.
Helping you build long-term wellbeing with clarity, compassion, and simple, realistic guidance.
Meet Indie.
I’m here to make nutrition feel simple, supportive, and grounded in real science. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, behavioural psychology, and a deep understanding of how stress, hormones, digestion, and lifestyle all interact.
I work with clients who want clarity, encouragement, and a sustainable way forward — not strict rules or pressure. My focus is on helping you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as we create long-lasting habits that balance your energy, regulate your mood, and nourish your body from the inside out.
Together, we’ll use science-backed strategies and gentle, realistic guidance to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to your wellbeing.
My Specialisms: Evidence-based nutrition for real, lasting change
I support clients with a wide range of chronic symptoms and hormone, gut, and immune-related concerns.
My work focuses on root-cause investigation, personalised nutrition, and simple, sustainable shifts that create meaningful long-term change.
I draw on the latest research in:
Gut health & microbiome support
Hormone balance (including PCOS, PMS, peri-menopause, and endometriosis symptom support)
Blood sugar regulation & metabolic health
Nervous system support & stress resilience
Inflammation reduction & immune function
Rather than treating conditions directly, I help you understand what your symptoms are communicating, uncover what’s driving them, and create a personalised, science-led plan that genuinely supports your physiology.
This approach has helped clients experience improvements in:
digestion and bloating
energy and fatigue
skin health
mood and anxiety linked to gut and blood sugar changes
hormone-related symptoms
overall resilience and wellbeing
How we can work together
Personalised support for individuals and science-led wellbeing solutions for organisations.
After initially training as a nurse within the NHS, Indie became increasingly aware of the limitations of the conventional medical model. With healthcare professionals under immense time pressure, she observed that patients were often treated as symptoms or statistics, rather than as individuals with unique histories, lifestyles, and needs.
This experience led Indie to explore a more holistic and preventative approach to health. She went on to qualify as a yoga and meditation teacher, before training as a nutritional therapist, allowing her to support people through an integrated, whole-person lens.
Indie has personally lived with endometriosis for over a decade and has undergone three surgeries to manage her symptoms. While surgical intervention was necessary, she found that the most significant improvements came from addressing diet, lifestyle, stress, and nervous system regulation. Over time, this approach allowed her to move away from rigid food rules and towards a more intuitive, balanced way of eating; grounded in whole foods, flexibility, and enjoyment.
Alongside nutrition, Indie continues to teach yoga and meditation, supporting clients not only in improving physical health, but also in restoring balance to the nervous system and overall sense of wellbeing. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practice, compassion, and the belief that sustainable health comes from understanding the body as a connected system.
