Nutrition with Indie

How we can work together

Are you doing “all the right things” with food, but still feeling tired, bloated, inflamed or out of balance?

Do you struggle with low energy, digestive issues, hormone symptoms or poor sleep.. and feel frustrated that nothing seems to stick long-term?

Are you overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, jumping from plan to plan, supplement to supplement, never quite knowing what your body actually needs?

Are you anxious around food, constantly questioning your choices, or feeling like your health has become something you’re trying to control rather than support?

You may be stuck in a cycle of under-eating, overthinking, stress and symptoms; doing your best, but still not feeling well.

I know this pattern well.

I work with you to step out of that cycle, understand what’s really going on in your body, and build a calmer, more supportive relationship with food and your health… one that actually lasts.

Meet Indie.

I’m here to make nutrition feel simple, supportive, and grounded in real science. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, behavioural psychology, and a deep understanding of how stress, hormones, digestion, and lifestyle all interact.

I work with clients who want clarity, encouragement, and a sustainable way forward — not strict rules or pressure. My focus is on helping you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as we create long-lasting habits that balance your energy, regulate your mood, and nourish your body from the inside out.

Together, we’ll use science-backed strategies and gentle, realistic guidance to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to your wellbeing.

“Before working with Indie I was really struggling with persistent eczema on my fingers. They were constantly itchy, inflamed and uncomfortable, and I couldn’t figure out what was triggering it despite trying lots of creams and guesswork on my own.

Through working with Indie I discovered that my diet was very low in fibre, something I would never have linked to my skin issues. With her guidance I made simple but effective changes to what I was eating, and the difference has been huge - my fingers no longer itch, the skin has healed and they look noticeably healthier.

Indie was incredibly supportive throughout the process. She really listened, explained things clearly and made everything feel manageable rather than overwhelming. I felt completely heard and understood at every stage.

Overall the experience has been genuinely life-changing. I went in hoping for some small improvements, and came out with a clear understanding of my body and a solution that actually worked. I can’t recommend Indie highly enough.”

My Specialisms: Evidence-based nutrition for real, lasting change

I support clients with issues related to hormones, gut health, and nervous system related concerns.
My work focuses on root-cause investigation, personalised nutrition, and simple, sustainable shifts that create meaningful long-term change.

I draw on the latest research in:

  • Gut health & microbiome support

  • Hormone balance (including PCOS, PMS, peri-menopause, and endometriosis symptom support)

  • Blood sugar regulation & metabolic health

  • Nervous system support & stress resilience

  • Inflammation reduction & immune function

Rather than treating conditions directly, I help you understand what your symptoms are communicating, uncover what’s driving them, and create a personalised, science-led plan that genuinely supports your physiology.

This approach has helped clients experience improvements in:

  • digestion and bloating

  • energy and fatigue

  • skin health

  • mood and anxiety linked to gut and blood sugar changes

  • hormone-related symptoms

  • overall resilience and wellbeing

After initially training as a nurse within the NHS, Indie became increasingly aware of the limitations of the conventional medical model. With healthcare professionals under immense time pressure, she observed that patients were often treated as symptoms or statistics, rather than as individuals with unique histories, lifestyles, and needs.

This experience led Indie to explore a more holistic and preventative approach to health. She went on to qualify as a yoga and meditation teacher, before training as a nutritional therapist, allowing her to support people through an integrated, whole-person lens.

Indie has personally lived with endometriosis for over a decade and has undergone three surgeries to manage her symptoms. While surgical intervention was necessary, she found that the most significant improvements came from addressing diet, lifestyle, stress, and nervous system regulation. Over time, this approach allowed her to move away from rigid food rules and towards a more intuitive, balanced way of eating; grounded in whole foods, flexibility, and enjoyment.

Alongside nutrition, Indie continues to teach yoga and meditation, supporting clients not only in improving physical health, but also in restoring balance to the nervous system and overall sense of wellbeing. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practice, compassion, and the belief that sustainable health comes from understanding the body as a connected system.
